If you have a willingness to learn and have a passion for operating machinery, we can help provide the training necessary to get you up to scratch. During the quieter season, this role will also provide you with the opportunity to work in several different departments around the business, further expanding your skillset.In addition to the above you will:

Operate a range of skid steer loaders and milling machines
Carry out general maintenance of plant
Perform general labouring duties within the milling department

Don’t know much about milling? Milling is the process of removing the road surface for the purpose of resurfacing and recycling old asphalt. The machine operates by using a large rotating drum to remove and grind the road surface.Good Work equals Good Benefits

Availability to work away from home and on shift, Flexibility for the job is essential
Full Class 1 licence (Class 2-5 and WTR endorsements are advantageous)
Experience operating a bobcat skid steer loader
Strong mechanical aptitude
The ability to problem solve in a fast paced environment
A proactive approach to Health and Safety - it’s our #1 priority
Good communication skills
A positive attitude and most importantly, a good sense of humour
