Based in Hamilton this is a great opportunity to join a dynamic and supportive team.About the role
This role plays an integral part in the smooth operation of the service division. Leading a team of electricians, you will be responsible for the daily operations whilst being committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role demands a high level of organisation, multi-tasking and the ability to prioritise.A typical day
  • Following up on job status' and ensuring timely completion
  • Handling high workloads with multiple priorities
  • Communicating with clients in a timely & professional manner
  • Collaborating with other divisions on project updates
  • Answering calls & emails
  • Logging jobs and managing the workflow
  • Coordinating the team for effective operations
  • Preparing quotes & invoices

From answering the phone to reviewing project updates, every day you thrive on creating a seamless operation with a meticulous attention to detail and process.With proven experience in fostering a positive team environment, you will be adept at engaging and leading your team to success.Additionally, you will demonstrate and possess the following:
  • An ability to liaise with a diverse range of customers, forging long-term relationships
  • A high standard of numerical skills and accuracy
  • High level of interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  • Competent skillset in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong communication skills with excellent stakeholder engagement ability
  • The ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
  • A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and drive to succeed in the role
