We are a business that is rich in tradition but ready to adapt and evolve with the ever changing retail landscape.We need an experienced HR professional who can deliver a fully integrated HR service to our retail store network across the South Auckland, Waikato and Bay of Plenty Region. Your stores will be geographically spread and you'll need to work collaboratively with your Regional and Store Managers. This is no mean feat! You will need to have a strong customer service focus and be excited by the opportunity to travel and work across multi sites.Reporting to the Head of HR, who is based at our Auckland Support Office, you'll need to be an autonomous and experienced operator who can hit the ground running, add value and deliver some exciting change management initiatives. Of course, being HR, the landscape is continually changing, so naturally the activities you're involved in will also. An agile, resilient, adaptable mind-set is critical to be successful.Your key stakeholder is the Regional Manager who you'll need to collaborate with to ensure the region's Employment Relations, Training, Health & Safety, Talent Acquisition and Performance & Culture needs are met in alignment with the Company's broader HR strategy. Your HR Advisor will be working closely with you to deliver against the Region's HR plan.Your other key stakeholders include dedicated retail professionals whose primary responsibility is to deliver retail excellence. You will play an important role in developing and growing their management and leadership competence to achieve key business outcomes.To be considered for this position, you will need to have at least 5 years experience working as a Senior HR Business Partner, preferably in a retail environment or supporting multi sites. Ideally, you'll also have a relevant tertiary qualification and be confident in delivering the full spectrum of HR functions.Great team, diverse region, challenging role, and iconic brand ... what more do you need?
