Join our growing Bridge Engineering team across New Zealand!Te whiwhinga mahi | The opportunityWe have exciting opportunities for skilled and passionate Bridge Asset Managers at all experience levels across our .In this role, you will play a key part of one of New Zealand's most reputable structures asset management teams, collaborating with colleagues across our offices to look after some of the nation's most significant bridges. You will be involved in managing and delivering a wide range of stimulating projects for our established client base, contributing to projects that extend the life of existing bridges, and develop new and replacement solutions to connect communities.You will be motivated to develop strong client relationships, continuously seek innovative solutions to optimise project outcomes, and contribute to sustainable practices. This is an exceptional career opportunity to join a structures asset management market leader and help shape the future of New Zealand's infrastructure.We are looking for:
  • Passionate engineers with a strong interest in bridges and asset management.
  • Ability to partner effectively with clients to understand their long-term plans and key drivers.
  • Prior structural and/or civil experience in existing bridge assets, including condition and performance assessment.
  • Skills in prioritising maintenance and improvement works on existing bridge assets.
  • Experience in design, procurement and delivery of maintenance and improvement works.
  • The ability to collaborate with contractors to understand industry best practices, construction methods, and health and safety principles.

Qualifications:
  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant engineering discipline.
  • Expertise in applying engineering principles and practices.
  • Professional registration or on a clear path to achieving registration.
