An Experienced farm assistant is required to join our team for the 24/25 season.
We are Contract Milkers who milk 410 cows in a 36 bail Rotary Shed with ACRs and in-shed grain feeding.
The farm is located on the Main Road 10 minutes North of Oamaru, Waitaki.General duties include but are not limited to-
- milk harvesting and shed hygiene
-shifting k-lines
-animal welfare- specifically being confident in identifying and treating sick cows.
-weed management
-picking up calves.
-tractor driving- including feeding out, mowing and spreading fertilizer.Please attach C.V and minimum two references with application
