You will join a team of hardworking, dynamic and passionate software engineers, working with key architects, product managers, and other partners continue to deliver a new generation of on-demand Enterprise solutions crafted to meet the needs of today's global businesses.About the RoleSome of the things you can expect to do include:Write and maintain solid, robust, efficient and maintainable code using Workday's Object Oriented framework and toolsWrite reliable unit, integration, and system level tests that will run on our continuous delivery pipelineCollaborate with multi-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver features in the Workday Payroll productMentor and learn from other team members through pairing, code reviews, knowledge shares, hackathons, etc.About YouBasic Qualifications4+ years of experience with software developmentProven experience with one or more Object Oriented languagesOther QualificationsYou are a problem solver who is motivated by successfully delivering new features and functionality to usersYou possess a good understanding and appreciation of test automation principlesYou have familiarity with what is required to craft, build, test, and supervise a business critical software solution in productionKnowledge of XML and Integration technologiesYou have a passion for code quality!You like working on an agile teamOur Approach to Flexible WorkWith Flex Work, we’re combining the best of both worlds: in-person time and remote.
