We have grown to become the largest supplier of truck & bus parts and workshop services in New Zealand.We are currently looking for an experienced Service Advisor to be the conduit between the customer and workshop team, ensuring a single point of contact for the customer's work.Based in Rotorua, your day will include providing a complete solution for delivery of maintenance of service work to vehicles; working on aftersales; working closely with workshop to maximise resources, proactive service scheduling and much more.What's in it for you?

Excellent relationship management skills

Strong abilities in time management, organisation, and administration

Professional written and verbal communication skills
Mechanical or workshop aptitude
