$60k - $63k base salary depending on exp
Monthly Bonus - earn upto $12k per year
Full-time position working a rotating roster (every 2nd weekend off)

The Job:You'll be responsible for supporting the Branch Manager, your role will include but is not limited to:

Providing high-quality advice, sales and support to your customers
Operating POS (Orders, Sales, Stock Enquiries, Returns)
Arranging delivery of stock
Overseeing Stocktakes & Inventory Control
Merchandising and ensuring a high level of housekeeping standards are met
Opening and closing of the store and sole charge
Supporting the Branch Manager in all operational tasks - HR Functions, Budgets, reporting and more.

What you'll need to be successful:You'll have previous sales or customer service experience as well as but not limited to:

Genuine interest and passion for camping, hiking, fishing & boating industry (doesn't have to be all of them)
Proven experience in managing and leading teams for 3+ years
Physically strong and able to handle large and heavy stock loads of upto 20kgs
Proven experience in a customer service-focused role
Outgoing personality with a “Can Do” positive attitude and a team player
