- Record day-to-day financial transactions.
- Reconcile entries and ensure the accuracy of the general ledger.
- Manage accounts payable.
- Accounts receivable / Credit control including generating invoices, billing and following up on outstanding payments.
- Prepare and submit GST Returns ( this can be learned)
- Preparing the Payroll for 15x staff ( this can be learned)
- Monitor and resolve discrepancies in financial records.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial compliance and accuracy.
- Administrative tasks as required.
- Xero experience is a strong preference
- At least 2- 3 years' experience in Accounts receivable & payable
- Down to earth and a can-do attitude
- Confident communicator
