Expand and refine your knowledge and skillset with on and off farm training provided.The applicant should have a minimum of 1 year experience on New Zealand dairy farms and exhibit high work standards and an ability to operate a 2-wheel motorbike. You will require competencies in the following area: milking, feeding out, assessing pre- and post-grazing residuals, identifying and addressing animal health issues, shed hygiene, and effluent management.Remuneration will depend on experience and the caliber of the candidate and range between $70,000-80,000 (include non-cash benefits of house, meat and training allowances). Average hours will be approximately 50/wk and range between 30-60/wk depending on seasonal requirements.You MUST be currently living in New Zealand and have a New Zealand bank account and driver's license. The successful applicant will be required to complete a pre-employment drug test. The farm operates a strict no drug farm policy.
