- Nurture and maintain strong relationships with our farmers, growers and other agribusiness customers to drive positive engagement.
- Identify opportunities to cement customer loyalty utilising strong industry knowledge, engagement and product usage data, account health indicators, and other metrics to
- Conduct regular account reviews to proactively address any issues, ensure product usage is high, and that customers are happy.
- Identify and drive expansion and upsell opportunities, driving uptake of new product features and solutions.
- Experience using Onside, ideally as a customer, visitor, or contractor, to understand the pain points of our customers and the value of Onside
- Experience in the agricultural industry, with a passion to support farmers' and growers' success
- Strong network in rural sectors across the Bay of Plenty or New Zealand
- Ability to build rapport quickly, make lasting positive first impressions
- Commercially minded, target orientated and data-driven
- Strong organisational skills and demonstrated ability to manage projects
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities to identify and address customer needs and challenges
- Ability to work from home and visit customers in rural communities
