Job DescriptionIn this position you will drive achievement of your Territory Budget through sales reporting and variance management in conjunction with the Field Sales ManagerResponsibilities:
  • High attention to detail with excellent communication and written skills.
  • Building relationships and have a flare for creating win-win outcomes
  • Builds understanding of the customer and uses this to develop customer profiles and plans.
  • Effectively managing your territory and being the conduit between our business and our customers, representing Wattie’s to the best of your ability.
  • Develop a Territory plan through Customer Joint Value Plans which are executed, reviewed, and optimised.
  • Manages Territory performance through regular performance review by store.
  • Implement shelf relays on time and according to strategy
  • Meet and exceed individual and business sales targets
  • Efficiently managing your territory and applying your energy to grow the business
  • Driving distribution and shelf space for products in store
  • Able to use data and insights to build sales opportunity & present to customers
  • A team player who can solve problems and is eager to bring positive energy to others
  • Uphold the Kraft Heinz values and to work in a way that contributes to the company’s vision
About you:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business/ Sales (desired)
  • Sales experience with a blue-chip fast-moving consumer goods company (FMCG) with a proven track record / sales experience with key international or local retailers
  • Experience in interpreting, selling, and presenting with data and insights
  • Ability to work independently, as part of a team and work under pressure to tight deadlines
  • Highly organised
  • Commercially astute
