- Effectively managing your territory and being the conduit between our business and our customers, representing Wattie’s to the best of your ability.
- Develop a Territory plan through Customer Joint Value Plans which are executed, reviewed, and optimised.
- Manages Territory performance through regular performance review by store.
- Implement shelf relays on time and according to strategy
- Meet and exceed individual and business sales targets
- Efficiently managing your territory and applying your energy to grow the business
- Driving distribution and shelf space for products in store
- Able to use data and insights to build sales opportunity & present to customers
- A team player who can solve problems and is eager to bring positive energy to others
- Uphold the Kraft Heinz values and to work in a way that contributes to the company’s vision
- Tertiary qualifications in Business/ Sales (desired)
- Sales experience with a blue-chip fast-moving consumer goods company (FMCG) with a proven track record / sales experience with key international or local retailers
- Experience in interpreting, selling, and presenting with data and insights
- Ability to work independently, as part of a team and work under pressure to tight deadlines
- Highly organised
- Commercially astute
