Our clients are seeking a skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join their teams and contribute to their ongoing success.As the Finance Manager, you will be an integral part of the finance team, responsible for managing various aspects of financial operations and strategy. Reporting to the CFO or Department Director, you will play a key role in financial planning, analysis, and reporting to support decision-making across the organization. This role presents an exciting opportunity for a motivated finance professional to make a significant impact and grow in their finance career.Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial statements, reports, and budgets.
  • Support financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes to inform strategic initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyse financial performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Manage day-to-day financial activities, including cash flow, invoicing, and expense tracking.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support business objectives.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of financial controls and procedures.
  • Support ad hoc projects and initiatives as needed.
  • Support in the development and management of junior finance staff
What you'll need:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting
  • CA or CPA qualification
  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting; advanced Excel skills and experience with PowerBI preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and communicate financial data effectively.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Prior experience or interest in leading a small team
