- Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial statements, reports, and budgets.
- Support financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes to inform strategic initiatives.
- Monitor and analyse financial performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Manage day-to-day financial activities, including cash flow, invoicing, and expense tracking.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support business objectives.
- Assist in the development and implementation of financial controls and procedures.
- Support ad hoc projects and initiatives as needed.
- Support in the development and management of junior finance staff
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting
- CA or CPA qualification
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting; advanced Excel skills and experience with PowerBI preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and communicate financial data effectively.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
