All at their fingertips.Our journey is solving veterinary practices’ most pressing needs by focusing on innovation to drive meaningful improvements in animal health.So what are we looking for?Create a well-considered design plan and work with our Product Owners/Managers and Engineers to bring the solution to life!Design, ideate, problem solve! Be in your creative element coming up with solutions and interactive prototypes using your UI and UX skillsConduct, research and execute user experience initiatives for the ezyVet suite of applications.Develop and roll out testing with our amazing network of customers who are in our testing group, as well as some of our engineers and wider ezyVet staff.Work closely with our user base to gain a deep understanding of our users workflows and requirements.Design and document user interface modules and layouts - common design principles to improve the look of the ezyVet suite of applications.Responsible for creating interactive user centric prototypes.Collaborate with Product and Engineering LeadershipProvide mentoring and leadership to less experienced designers to improve and revise through constant feedback.What you will bringA customer centric thought process.Prior experience in the UX/UI space.Prior experience with prototyping and user testingHigh attention to detailA creative flair matched with an intensity to understand how customers use the product.Self-driven, curious, and strong interpersonal skills, strong verbal, listening and written communicationStrong understanding of the development processPrior experience managing UX Designers is preferredWhat you can expect from us:Meaningful work with real global purpose.
