About the Role:This role is based in our Nursey, working alongside out under 2-year-old tamariki. Our Nursery is spacious, relaxed and inviting with a teaching team who have created a calm, unhurried atmosphere. Children are given full attention during those all-important routine times of eating, sleeping and nappy changing. By working at each child's individual pace, we are able to ensure their ever-changing needs are nurtured.This is a fixed term position working 40 hours per week Monday-Friday. This is to cover parental leave and will start in April 2024 and ending in January 2025.Role requirements:Commit to making a difference in the lives of young learners with a team dedicated to excellence. We are looking for the following:

B Ed/Dip Teaching Level 7 (ECE) and current Teacher Certification
Good understanding of child-led curriculum, planning and extending on our children's learning
Demonstrate good knowledge of the current ECE Regulations, Te Whariki and hold compliance in a high regard
Engage in planning and internal evaluation meetings.
A strong commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi through pedagogical practices
Demonstrate compassion and commitment to teaching and learning with a focus on quality learning outcomes
