As a Trade Counter Sales & Admin, you will be at the forefront of our trade customer interactions. Working closely with our dynamic Trade Counter/Customer Service and Sales team, preparing quotations, sales and customer service via walk-ins and warehouse management.Wesco pride themselves on delivering outstanding customer service through quick order processing, knowledgeable responses to inquiries, and continuous sales support. You will have the opportunity to work with a supportive team dedicated to sharing product information and industry insights to ensure your success in this role.Responsibilities:

Sales and customer service via walk-ins, emails, and calls.
Data entry: invoices, packing slips, quotations.
Warehouse management: picking, dispatching, stock management.
Maintain demo screens, branch cleanliness, opening/closing procedures.
Other duties as required.

Requirements:

Sales, customer service, office management experience.
Demonstrates a "Can do" attitude
Organizational skills, multitasking ability.
