We are dedicated to providing excellent geotechnical services built on strong personal relationships, open communication, and a commitment to work/life balance.Position Overview:As a Geotechnical Engineer at CMW Geosciences, you will play a key role in site investigations, project design, and geotechnical reporting. You will collaborate with our technical team to develop and deliver innovative solutions, ensure projects stay within budget, conduct fieldwork, and craft proposals and technical documentation.Key Responsibilities:

Working with the technical team to develop, provide and promote design solutions, options and initiatives to meet client needs.
Undertake technical and non-technical tasks and take responsibility for the accuracy and quality of our work.
Ensure that the projects are completed on time, within budget and to the desired quality standards.
Maintaining good relationships with existing clients and working with the client relations/business development team to target new opportunities

Sectors You'll Be Involved In:

Infrastructure (road & rail)
Renewable energy (wind, solar & geothermal)
A variety of land development projects

Qualifications and Skills:

Qualified Geotechnical Engineer or similar with a minimum of 7 years of experience in a consulting engineering environment.
Strong project management and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated experience in site investigation and geotechnical consulting projects.
Good analytical skills and prior knowledge of geotechnical design software will be viewed favourably Wallap, Rocscience Slide, or similar.)
Technical proficiency in areas such as slope stability, settlement, and liquefaction.
Exceptional organisational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in technical report writing.
Local experience is preferred.
