- Deliver annual Category plans that align to the commercial strategy and drive long-term Category growth.
- Deliver annual 4Ps plans that align to strategy and maximise category and business performance.
- Own and manage 4Ps for your categories, using multiple data points to provide fact and insight-based guidelines for short- and long-term plans.
- Identify gaps and opportunities by providing action-oriented category/shopper insights, analytics, and recommendations, both internally and externally.
- Proactively identify business opportunities outside of retailers' range review cycles.
- Develop strong relationships with retailer partners by providing a total category approach to retailer recommendations, with valued insights, analytics, and strategies.
- Ensure strategic and pricing alignment across all touchpoints in store.
- Be the main point of contact for scan and retailer loyalty data agencies.
- A business degree or relevant qualification with 5 years+ FMCG experience in a Sales or Category role.
- Excellent analytical skills and commercial acumen.
- Preferred expertise in IRI / Nielsen, Quantium & Dunhumby
- Strong influencing and leadership skills with the ability to develop strong cross-functional relationships.
