- ASAP start – 3 month duration with the potential of longterm opportunities
- CBD location with onsite parking
- Provide the upmost customer service over phone and via email in regard to their high-end domestic and commercial appliances
- Assist with customer orders, payment and delivery information
- Resolve customer queries by liaising with retail partners and providing updates on stock
- Manage administration duties including quotations and product despatch
- Book in service call outs within a timely manner
- Preferably 1 - 2 years proven customer service experience
- A passion for interacting and learning about people
- Resilience - the ability to bounce back and remain objective after a difficult customer call
- Excellent telephone manner with clear communication skills
- Strong technical and administrative skills
- An outgoing and positive personality
