The CompanyOur client is a leading construction business within the NZ market, based in East Tamaki. This business is a key player within the residential construction industry with offices across all of NZ. Their modern offices are easily accessible from the motorway and bus routes. They have a permanent member of the team going on extended leave and therefore require a contractor to come onboard to assist during this period.The RoleIn this role you will be working sole charge and will be reporting to the QS Manager. You will be responsible for the administrative duties for the QS team. You will be critical to the success of the wider team and your responsibilities will include:

Reconcile accounts payable invoices.
High volume invoice processing
Data entry into the company ERP system
Investigate and query any discrepancies with the invoices.
Managing any email inbox queries

Your profile:You will have proven experience in an Accounts Assistant or Accounts Payable position, where you have really taken ownership of the function, whether that be in a team or sole-charge capacity.
