Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate Early Childhood Teacher to join their team in Whangaparāoa.The centre is licensed for 45 children and has good staff to child ratios. In this role, you will be responsible for nurturing the nursery room alongside an additional qualified team member. The centre focuses on a Reggio Emilia approach and encourages unity between families and staff to create a holistic environment that offers all children opportunities to extend their learning.This centre holds strong team values and there are opportunities for personal growth or professional development. If you have management experience or are keen to grow in your career, this would be highly regarded.Job Requirements
  • Passion for children in particular babies
  • Provide quality care and education to children
  • Proficient in writing creative and engaging stories for young children
  • Ability to effectively manage and organize a classroom environment
  • 3+ years of ECT experience (Nursery room experience is desirable)
  • NZ Qualified and registered in Early Childhood
  • Ideally have First Aid Qualification
