Job Description We have been operating Whitecliff farm since 2011. We are looking for some great people at Farm Assistant/Herd manager level who can help assist us run this farm in 2024.The farm is on rolling terrain and we are using Halter cow collars for break fencing, moving cows on lanes, heat identification, lameness identification, rumination, pasture cover etc. With this technology we have dramatically improved the on farm performance across the spectrum and achieved a level of performance that traditionally would be difficult to achieve on this country.We are looking for some enthusiastic people who are currently capable of operating in the cowshed, feeding cows, performing animal tasks such as lameness and mastitis treatments, but also tech savvy and want to learn more about pasture management to help actively utilize this new technology.Other responsibilities will include tractor work, irrigation, and farm maintenance tasks.If this sounds like a job for you please apply!
