We have an exciting volunteering opportunity as a Volunteer Community Carer Team Leader role based in Waihi.As a Volunteer Community Carer Team Leader, you will be responsible for:
  • Recruitment and Training of Community Carer volunteers
  • Liaising with volunteers and Rest Home staff
  • Team meetings, communications, and reporting
We are looking for someone who is:
  • Self-motivated, likes variety and can commit 3-5 hours each week to this position
  • Computer literate to perform required administrative tasks
  • Has experience and ability to problem solve, lead a team and be a team-player
  • Has excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Applicants must be 18 years and over to apply
