With a strong forward workload and continual growth, this is a highly respected Regional Civil Contractor, owned and operated in Hamilton. Offering services for more complex projects including bridges, inground structures, marine structures, project management and wastewater treatment, the challenges are wide ranging, and projects varied.We require a motivated, down to earth individual who has proven experience as a civil Project Manager within NZ experience. Our client is a leader in their industry. You will provide direction and motivation for your team on and off site, so your communication skills will be highly effective. This role is not for the faint hearted and requires someone with an extremely high work ethic, dedication and the desire to exceed expectations every time.You will need to be:

Experience in more complex civil structural projects.
Civil Engineering qualification
Solid management and organisational skills
Strong communication, leadership skills and experience within civil projects is key
Experience with Health & Safety standards and regulations
The ability to oversee budget, performance and scheduling of sub-contractors
