Our employees live by these values through the work they do, every day, as one team.The Opportunity:As a Project Manager within the Canterbury region, you will be responsible for the management of the overall direction, co-ordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects.In addition to the above you will:

Lead the projects team in the successful execution and delivery of construction projects.
Manage and direct contract administration, understanding contractual requirements and expectations.
Set performance expectations with Foremen/Supervisors and construction crews. Monitor performance and address any issues.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager delivering projects.
Extensive knowledge in civil and other related industries.
Relevant tertiary qualification
Demonstrated leadership capability with a strong focus on people, safety and quality
Ability to develop positive relationships with clients and internal/external teams
Be reliable and self-driven to ensure continued success in your role
