The RoleWe are looking for a Pricing Specialist to bring their commercial knowledge and pricing experience and in return you'll be provided with ongoing opportunities to impact the business and drive your career forward. You will be joining a fun, energetic team where you will be involved in a diverse portfolio of work focussing on some exciting key projects as well as a chance to support on new product development.Reporting to the Global Product & Strategy Manager, this is a critical role in our business where you will support, partner and influence our business and key stakeholders.The main responsibilities of this role include..

Responsibility for quarterly finished goods pricing within our Advanced Nutrition business.
To design pricing models & processes that optimise returns & commercial benefits.
Reduce risk to the business by developing tools that provide market intelligence data.
Share best practice, knowledge, and learnings with the wider business in a way that aids understanding of the factors that influence movements in pricing.

Your strong commercial knowledge and excellent interpersonal skills will be the key to your success in building strong relationships across all levels of the organisation.Skills and ExperienceYou will have previous experience in setting pricing strategy with a focus on continuous improvement to lift business opportunities. Having experience in a manufacturing, dairy background or FMCG would be ideal. A tertiary education in Commerce is also highly regarded in this role as is Advanced Power BI skills.

Strong experience in a Finance or Commercial Analyst position within a corporate environment
The ability to forge strong communicative working relationships with key stakeholders.
The capacity to work to deadlines in a fast-paced multi-tasking environment.
An inquisitive nature and ability to think outside the box to resolve challenges.
Proven experience building financial models with advanced excel skills.
