As the Administrator/Receptionist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the day-to-day operations of their office. This multifaceted position requires a proactive individual with strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.Key Responsibilities:
- Manage front reception area, including greeting visitors, answering incoming calls, and directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Ensure the office runs smoothly by providing administrative support to various teams and departments.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed, with a focus on stationary supplies to support daily operations.
- Assist in joint mailbox management, including sorting and distributing incoming mail, as well as coordinating outgoing mail and packages.
- Handle general clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and data entry to support efficient office procedures.
- Collaborate with other team members to execute special projects and tasks as assigned.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative or receptionist role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office software.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all tasks.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional demeanour with a positive attitude and customer-oriented approach.
