Our Client is a dynamic company dedicated to providing solutions and services to their clients. They prioritise excellence in customer service and efficiency in their operations. As they continue to grow, they are seeking a skilled Administrator/Receptionist to join our team and contribute to the smooth functioning of their office and front reception area.Position Overview:
As the Administrator/Receptionist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the day-to-day operations of their office. This multifaceted position requires a proactive individual with strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage front reception area, including greeting visitors, answering incoming calls, and directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.
  • Ensure the office runs smoothly by providing administrative support to various teams and departments.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed, with a focus on stationary supplies to support daily operations.
  • Assist in joint mailbox management, including sorting and distributing incoming mail, as well as coordinating outgoing mail and packages.
  • Handle general clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and data entry to support efficient office procedures.
  • Collaborate with other team members to execute special projects and tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative or receptionist role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office software.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all tasks.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional demeanour with a positive attitude and customer-oriented approach.
