- Salary scale $64,480 - $84,843 (depending of qualifications and experience, aligned with pay equity)
- We have one full time positions and one part time position
- Meeting with your whanaunga who present with varying support needs
- Creating and implementing case management plans
- Planning and facilitation of group work programs
- Managing programme delivery
- Case load between 20-25 depending on needs of your whanaunga
- Pride themselves on their ability to work to a whānau first, tikanga based, wellbeing approach
- Is passionate about making a difference in the lives of our whanaunga
- Has a positive and supportive mindset in supporting our whanaunga to achieve their goals and aspirations

- Uses appropriate language and communication skills (e.g., tone, active listening) to fully understand the needs of the whanaunga
- Has a reasonable level of computer literacy to complete case notes and other electronic documents e.g., emails
- 1-3 years working in a kaupapa Māori environment
- 5 + years experience in your respective discipline
- A level 7 or above qualification in AOD, Teaching, Nursing, Bi-cultural Social Work, Allied Health Sector
- A basic understanding of te ao Māori principles e.g., te reo and tikanga, and a willingness to learn more in this area
- Programme facilitation experience
- Evidence of your fully vaccinated and boosted Covid-19 status
- Full driver licence
- Proof of your right to work in New Zealand
