- Execute end-to-end procurement processes, encompassing data gathering, evaluation facilitation, and contracting across all organisational functions.
- Develop RFx documentation and oversee RFx evaluations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ascertain their procurement needs and identify opportunities for enhancing efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Cultivate strong relationships with suppliers, adhering to our Procurement Strategy and supplier standards.
- Prioritise quality, availability, sustainability, and price considerations in contractual agreements.
- Assist the Procurement Manager and Senior Procurement Specialist as necessary.
- Promote a culture of transparency and accountability in procurement practices, serving as a role model.
- Minimum 3 years sourcing experience, preferably in healthcare or public sector.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and understand the business needs.
- Great organisational skills, motivated, and able to prioritise.
- Ability to listen and communicate well, showing empathy and understanding.
- Manage and prioritise multiple sourcing activities simultaneously.
- Be flexible and adaptable, with ability to pivot when needed.

- MS Office Suite - particularly Excel, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.
- This 1-year Fixed Term role is a hybrid role where will be based at our Newmarket, Auckland support office, with a mix of work-from-home and being in the office.
