- Take full ownership of deliverables across brand, content, marketing and digital marketing for dentsu, partnering closely with New Zealand SLT and ANZ Marketing & Comms teams.
- Identify growth opportunities across the dentsu Aotearoa capabilities, coming up with innovative plans to develop new lead and sales opportunities from ideas into reality.
- Build brand awareness, consideration, preference and key brand metrics, while supporting our marketing acquisition and retention targets across the Aotearoa marketplace.
- Collaborate alongside both Marketing and Communications teams to execute strategies for the New Zealand market, coming up with and managing world class campaigns.
- Contribute and deliver on our internal communication plans, bringing our people on journey as the business evolves with new ways of working, values and capabilities as one dentsu.
- Using your creative muscles, apply a people and customer centric approach to all touchpoints, ensuring best practice and a consistent brand experience is delivered across all online, offline, partnerships and event marketing channels at your disposal.
- Ensure the consistent production of artwork, content, marketing collateral and copywriting to promote our brand across all channels.
- Ownership of local marketing budget and investments, utilising a mix of channels to build impactful, measurable and deliverable KPI’s and ROI’s for now and future growth channels.
- At least 3 years’ experience in global organisation in a Marketing Executive or Manager role delivering end to end campaigns, ideally in an advertising agency or professional services/consulting environment but this is not essential.
- A good understanding of the local New Zealand marketing mix/channels available to you, in particular digital, with a proven ability to delivery strategic and growth outcomes for a brand.
- Ability to influence and navigate complex global organisations to get the right outcomes to execute local strategy into broader regional and global initiatives using an evidence-based approach.
- Excellent stakeholder management and project management skills, able to pull people along on a journey, manage change and deliver end to end marketing campaigns in line with budget and agreed timeframes.
- Exceptional English language and writing skills, as you’ll be responsible for copy writing, managing internal communications, thought leadership pieces and brand building activities.
- A critical thinker and problem solver, ability to partner with leaders to propose solutions and challenge the status quo where appropriate.
- Basic Adobe Photoshop/InDesign and CMS skills preferrable.
