- Provide communications support for in-person and virtual events and conferences.
- A tertiary qualification in digital communications, marketing or a related discipline.
- Sound knowledge of marketing/digital communication principles and channels, including brand management, media relations, advertising, digital marketing and internal communication.
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, intranet (SharePoint) and website (WordPress) content management, SEO, MailChimp, Canva, social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram), media monitoring tools, and print, digital and social media production
- Video content production experience is an advantage.
- Having a good understanding of the mental health sector in Aotearoa would be advantageous, as would experience engaging with Māori, Pasifika, and/or young people.
