- Creating and implementing successful business strategies, drive growth, and improve profitability while considering both the customer needs and bank objectives
- Producing detailed financial modelling, credit applications, credit analysis, and collaborating with the team
- Overseeing origination process for new transactions and managing client portfolios efficiently.
- Identifying and mitigating credit, operational, and compliance risks throughout daily activities
- Collaborating with all internal departments to provide tailored product, services, and advice to satisfy customer needs.
- Relevant education
- Extensive experience in commercial banking or corporate and institutional
- banking relationship management
- Experience achieving business targets and exceeding customer expectations
- Ability to display strategic and analytic ability through exceptional communication and relationship skills.
- Sound and up to date understanding of local market, similarly for the China market is advantageous
- Excellent and professional written and verbal English is essential
- The ability to speak Mandarin or Cantonese is advantageous, but not essential
