- Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy for energy solutions within the dairy industry.
- Identify and qualify potential farming clients interested in optimising their energy profile.
- Engage with dairy farm owners, managers, and key stakeholders to understand their specific energy requirements, and conduct on-site assessments to analyse current energy consumption.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and propose customised energy solutions based on the unique needs of each dairy farm.
- Present and articulate the benefits of energy-efficient technologies, including solar power, to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dairy farm clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Relevant Tertiary education in agri-business, or a proven sales track record in a related field.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the agricultural or energy industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- The resilience and confidence to establish a new client relationships and a willingness to be out in the farming community.
- Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
