Our Aelia Duty Free store, provides our customers with a wide range of Duty Free products and we are looking for someone that has a genuine interest in helping customers shop for all their travel needs!The role:Seeking a full-time Counter Manager for Estee Lauder at Auckland Airport.As a Counter Manager you will lead our fabulously talented and dedicated Estee Lauder team of Beauty Advisors. You will demonstrate commitment, leadership skills and professionalism to support the Store Manager with the day-to-day management and overall effective performance of the counter..To be successful, you will need:

An ability to engage with our customers and make every transaction magical so that you are leading by example for your team!
Demonstrated experience in the beauty industry
Strong communication and exceptional presentation standards
To bring your higher self to work and show respect for others through your words and actions
To be flexible to work a rotating roster across Monday to Sunday which may include early mornings, late nights, weekends and holidays
