You will work alongside Anne McLeod and Sarah Simmers and be exposed a variety of interesting and complex work, including capital raising, commercial contracts, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, structuring and corporate advisory work.If you are a lawyer with 4+ years of PQE in this space or looking to gain exposure in this space, then this role could be for you.
