We are looking for a dynamic Procurement Coordinator who is responsible for driving ANZ procurement analytics, reporting and digitalisation. Supporting the C&P team through internal compliance and continuous improvements. This is a 12 months fixed term opportunity.You will:

Maintain contract management cycle
Create a digital contract management reminder system eg when a contract will expire or when a supplier evaluation is due
Spend management, reviewing vendors who have gone above the contract requirement threshold
Enter & maintain project data up to date in iProView
Local, Regional and Global C&P reporting
Design & implement procurement excellence through
Supporting the Procurement Excellence Managers with internal compliance
Continuous improvement in C&P ways of working e.g. digitalisation to drive efficiencies & one source of truth

You are an energetic, proactive, confident, and process-oriented professional with prior experience of procurement and digitalization.To be successful you will also have:

A tertiary Qualification, Business, Procurement or Supply Chain preferred
Comfortable to work without step-by-step guide
Experience in procurement function within pharmaceutical or FMCG environment.
Good eye for detail
Strong analytical and digital skills (Power Bi and Advance Excel)
