- Clean, stock and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restrooms and changing room cleaning etc)
- Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities
- Maintaining given work schedules
- Carry out deep cleaning/heavy cleansing tasks and special projects
- Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
- Make adjustments and minor repairs
- Stock and maintain daily consumable supplies
- Cooperate with the rest of the Next Gen team
- Follow all health and safety regulations
- Consistent performance in terms of high standards of cleanliness and professional behaviour whilst on duty.
- Proven working experience as a cleaner
- Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets
- Personal Integrity
- Previous experience in a professional cleaning environment preferred but not essential
- The ability to consistently adhere to set standards and procedures
- Good interpersonal skills
- High quality hygiene and personal grooming standards
- High school education
- Flexible hours and days are required for this role
- Proof of right to work in New Zealand documentation will be required to be presented at the first interview
