We are looking for an additional Sales Manager to work with our Head of Sales to strengthen our sales capability and efficiency and continue to hit our aggressive growth targets. You should be driven, high-energy, and team-oriented with excellent sales, sales management, and communication skills. As a Sales Manager at Tradify, you will play a key role in the ANZ sales function, building, leading, and managing a team of Inside Sales Specialists to help exceed the ANZ customer acquisition targets. This role may be ideal for a Team Lead who is looking to make their next move.RequirementsYou will contribute to ANZ's growth by managing, developing, and enabling an effective team of sales representatives. You will improve your team's ability and performance by providing day-to-day hands-on assistance with sales enablement, funnel management, and the adoption of key sales processes and best practices.Responsibilities will include:

Day to day Sales team management
Recruit and onboard new team members
Feedback regularly to the Head of Sales
Lead daily sales stand-ups
Lead weekly sales meetings
Own team Sales Performance management
Lead monthly team training sessions
KPI management
Own GONG coaching and build coaching resources
Lead recruitment and onboarding of new team members
Hold weekly 1:1 call coaching
Proactively identify and implement strategies to reach and exceed sales targets
Identify and implement new sales process improvements
Coordinate with Customer Success and Marketing teams
Be prepared to jump on the phones to assist the team as needed
