We are currently looking for a Mobile Vehicle Inspector.What You'll Be Doing | Mō te Tūranga
Carry out vehicle inspections in accordance with NZAA processes and quality standards
Provide customers with accurate reports, written and verbal, explaining your findings
Refer or promote appropriate products and services to customers
Actively contribute to ongoing innovation in vehicle inspection services and the Association through making suggestions for improvement and embracing change
Build and maintain relationships with customers, colleagues, team leaders and managers
Minimum of 3 years experience in the automotive industry (gained within the last 5 years)
Clean full New Zealand Drivers Licence driving record
Excellent customer service and communication skills; making technical terms easy to understand for customers
Comfortable with learning new technology, systems and processes when required
