- Develop comprehensive business transformation strategies and tailored recommendations that align with client goals, needs and industry best practices.
- Co-define operational excellence initiatives to streamline processes, optimise resources to deliver efficiency.
- Co-design customer-centric solutions that enhance the overall customer experience across all touchpoints.
- Identify key digital transformation efforts leveraging innovative technologies to enhance operations, products, and services, including guidance and support throughout the implementation process to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and outcomes.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions and mitigate resistance to change.
- Being a thought leader and Merkle representative in the Experience community, immersing yourself into the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of methodologies, frameworks, and tools used in business transformation consulting.
- Attract, retain, support and grow the capability of the team through mentorship, leadership and quality assurance to ensure a high-quality output for our clients.
- Extensive experience in management consulting (or similar), with a focus on business transformation, customer experience, operational excellence, and digital transformation.
- Intrinsic knowledge that business transformation is primarily about people, and that technology is an enabler. Familiarity with experience transformation platforms preferred (CRM, ERP, MarTech and Commerce).
- Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking abilities, with a track record of developing and implementing impactful solutions.
- Confident communication, facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
- Proven experience leading workshops, probing and challenging pain points to uncover details to get the root cause problems.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results in a collaborative environment.
- Collaborative, practical, pragmatic and resilient – can produce their best work under pressure, share knowledge and motivate team members to get the right outcomes.
