- Have had experience in an administrative role
- Prove you have experience following complex processes
- Have exceptional communication skills - verbal and written
- Experience with project, contracts or workflow administration
- Have the capability to manage a process from end to end
- Have the confidence to develop relationships and build rapport with the team, clients, and business partners
- Be flexible and agile; able to adapt to a changing environment and switch between priorities
