- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Oversee the execution of civil construction projects, ensuring compliance with specifications, regulations, and quality standards.
- Manage resources effectively, including labor, materials, and equipment, to optimize project efficiency and productivity.
- Conduct site inspections, identify potential risks or issues, and implement appropriate corrective actions.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams, subcontractors, and site personnel.
- Monitor project progress, prepare progress reports, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and promote a culture of safety among project teams.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil construction, with a focus on structures, drainage, earthworks, roads, highways, and other civil works.
- Proven track record of successfully managing civil projects from conception to completion.
- Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction techniques, and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
