Job Description:Our Business Advisory Division is committed to providing strategic advice, innovative solutions and service excellence to large middle market businesses and small to medium enterprises. We currently have a vacancy for a talented Accountant to join the team in our Wellington office.This role will provide you with the opportunity to work within a talented, committed tight knit team and give you access to interesting, hands on client work. You will be encouraged to be the best that you can be and afforded opportunities to continuously develop yourself through on the job learning or specific training tailored to your needs.What will your typical week look like?

Create financial statements and income tax returns for individuals, partnerships, trusts and companies
Prepare GST returns and management reports
Develop cash flow forecasts to help clients meet their financial commitments
Train clients to optimise their accounting software and tailor to their business needs

Let's talk about you

You are either studying towards or have completed your CA or CPA
Have had some experience working as an Accountant, ideally within a public practice
Possess the drive to provide clients with an exceptionally high level of advice and care
Have an active interest in building your professional profile in the local community
