- Qualifications in Civil Engineering or related field
- Post Graduate qualifications in a Civil Engineering or related field (preferred).
- Chartered Engineering Professional in New Zealand.
- Proven experience leading and managing geotechnical investigations, analysis, and design.
- Minimum 15 years' professional experience with at least five years of industry recognition in Geotechnical Engineering.
- Deep understanding of the latest industry trends and advancements in geotechnical engineering.
- Sound understanding of seismic design and NZ earthquake engineering standards.
- Strong technical writing and reporting skills with a history of producing high-quality deliverables.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to provide technical inputs for project works and tender bids.
- Extensive experience in relevant Geotechnical software including: Rocscience Slide, Geoslope, Wallap, Plaxis 2D and 3D, and Ensoft L - Pile and Group.
