- At least 8+ years' commercial/technical writing experience in an agency/similar
- Experience in medical content development within Healthcare, Life Sciences or Pharmacology sectors communications or advertising.
- Strong understanding of healthcare marketing, healthcare industry regulations, and compliance standards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex medical information into clear and compelling content.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and inspire a team of content professionals.
- Work in a fast-paced, deadline-drivem, team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with digital marketing trends and technology in the healthcare sector is a bonus.
- Content strategy, development and execution that aligns with clients' marketing and medical educational objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Generating high-quality, evidence-based medical content across various channels, including digital, print, and multimedia platforms.
- Researching therapeutic areas, treatment and competitive landscapes to inform content.
- Shaping the agency's offering and being actively involved in new business pitches.
- Being abreast of ANZ industry regulations, guidelines, and compliance standards
- Regulatory compliance and how to get medical content approvals.
- Being the subject matter expert and confidently presenting internally to stakeholders.
- Ensuring rigorous quality control to ensure accuracy, relevance, and consistency.
