We are Members of the NZ Arboriculture Association and have applied for NZ Arb approved contractor status.We are seeking an experienced Arborist with a professional attitude to be part of our Wellington regional team. In this role you will:
Advise on species selection, site planning and overall tree management and care
Examine individual trees to assess their condition, potential risks associated with limbs or trees falling, and determine treatment
Maintaining and caring for tree and shrubs by pruning limbs and shaping branches using chain and handsaws
Clearing trees from overhead electricity and telecommunications line

NZQF Level 4 qualification or at least 3 years of relevant work experience
Naturally, you will have a positive attitude, have fantastic communication skills and be quality driven
Basic Utility experience preferred but further network training will be provided
Skilled climber - ideally fully qualified level 4 and above with an HT licence
