- Interested in broadening your scope beyond just mortgages, potentially coaching on other advisory products like insurance (you may already be doing this)
- Not afraid to roll up your sleeves and go above and beyond to support the wider team and your customers
- Utilise your expertise as a mortgage advisor to coach and support individuals through the homeownership process, mapping out their fastest possible path.
- Expand your knowledge by learning about and advising on various financial products beyond mortgages, such as insurance and home purchase
- Motivate and inspire individuals to take meaningful steps towards achieving their homeownership goals with confidence
- Proactively engage with community members to introduce our services and offer personalised assistance.
- Maintain consistent follow-up and cultivate strong relationships with customers throughout their journey to drive them towards their goal
- Support the founding team to design, build, and improve the organisation's services and deliver on its mission.
- Proven experience as a mortgage/financial advisor - home loans essential, (personal insurance experience will be a bonus)
- Relevant recognised NZ qualification (e.g. Level 5 Financial Services)
- Demonstrated success in assisting individuals with home purchases and collaborating with various financial institutions.
- Hunger for knowledge and a willingness to broaden your advisory scope beyond traditional mortgages.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to inspire and guide others effectively on a goal-driven timeline
- Comfortable with both in-person interactions and reaching out via phone to engage directly with community members.
- Thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to contribute to building something new.
