Curating an experience for their customers you'll work one-on-one with your customer to ensure the perfect fit. They are seeking an experienced leader to join their Remarkables Park/Frankton store!What's on offer:
- $60k - $63,500 base salary depending on experience

- Tuesday - Saturday 8:45 - 5:15 pm (no late nights)

- Supportive and experienced Regional Manager who has been with the brand over 10+ years
As a Store Manager, you'll have ownership of the running all aspects of the store including but not limited to:
- Coaching and training a small team of 5+
- Driving sales & KPIs in store
- Offering one-on-one consultative sales and service to customers
- Ensuring all operational tasks are completed to a high standard including - P&L, wage budgets, merchandising, stock and inventory mgmt, rosters and more
We are looking for someone who brings a passion and enthusiasm for helping people as well as:
- Proven leadership exp 3+ yrs ideally in consultative retail or similar
- Outgoing, confident and engaging personality
- Experience in coaching and training staff
- Ability to work autonomously, due to remote location
