- Training, developing and supporting kitchen staff
- Putting effort in optimising the cooking process with attention to speed and quality
- Ensure exceptional hygiene practices are maintained.
- Monitor and control food costs
- Supporting the Director of Culinary with general administration task
- Proven experience senior level experience, ideally with previous experience at a similar standard establishment
- Excellent use of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and processes
- The ability to think on your feet as we have many guest requests and menu changes each day
- Good time management, excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask
- Be a team player
- A hands on Chef who wants to be involved with the daily operation and delivery of memorable experience
