Are you a high performing Marketing Manager with experience in FMCG, brand management and people leadership?I have an exciting opportunity with an exceptional NZ brand for a marketing manager to cover a parental leave period of 10 months.You will need to be able to display a history of results in the brand and groceries market, alongside the ability to lead a small team as this role has two direct reports.Key responsibilities will be:- leading the annual marketing plan to deliver long term strategy
- Development and implementation of brand campaign
- Lead quarterly activity planning
- Utilise data and insights to inform decisionsYou will have strong communications skills, be a key relationship builder, be experienced working with agencies, and be comfortable collaborating with, and advising to executive level.
